Because there are going to be countries like china, india, and others that still use coal for years to come. Theyre poor and theyre building a lot of power plants quickly. They dont have as much natural gas as us. Theyre going to be interested in figuring out how can they use their coal supplies and how can they import our coal. But if were doing a good job giving them technologies that allow them to burn it clean then its a winwin for us. Not only are we able to sell coal to them but also selling the technology to help them burn in the cleanest way possible.
