neil: for the surge on the border, a task force providing more to assist. bill melugin has more. hi, bill. neil, good afternoon to you. texas dps says they have lunched this new specialized task force in part because of the record numbers of got-aways. border patrol is overwhelmed, undermanned. they can t be everywhere. so texas dps launched this unit and we got a chance to embed with them. take a look at this video. specialized texas temperatures troopers using drones and k-9s going to the brush here to track down and arrest illegal immigrantses that are looking to evade. these are not asylum seekers. these are single adults that don t want to be caught, turning themselves in and they re in the brush out here. we were with these troopers after they found group after grouped hiding in the brush here in the la jolla, texas and mission texas areas.
