THE Department of Environment and Natural Resources (DENR), in its attempt to gaslight its critics in how it has dealt with the controversy at the Masungi Georeserve, and in particular, the Masungi Georeserve Foundation Inc. (MGFI), is playing the Special Use Agreement in Protected Areas (SAPA) card.
