The Ebonyi government has described the Federal High Court judgement disbanding the South East Security Network, code named, “Ebubeagu”, as dead on arrival in the state.
The Ebonyi State Government says it will not obey the court judgment that disbanded the Southeast Security Network, code-named, Ebubeagu, describing it as illegal. SaharaReporters reported on Tuesday that a Federal High Court sitting in Abakaliki ordered the disbandment of Ebubeagu citing abuse of human rights. The court also ordered the Department of State Services, DSS and the police to collect all the weapons in possession of the personnel of the outfit.
