According to the Supreme Court’s filing, it will answer the question of “Whether and if so to what extent does a former President enjoy presidential immunity from criminal prosecution for conduct alleged to involve official acts during his tenure in office.” Oral arguments have been scheduled for April 22, making a decision likely to be announced by late June, during the end of the court’s term.
