Venezuelan opposition is divided over national dialogue
Caracas, Feb 6 (Prensa Latina) The Venezuelan opposition today shows new signs of fragmentation in view of the call for a broad process of dialogue and agreement among all sectors of the country, promoted by the National Assembly (Parliament).
In order to advance in the initiative, the Legislative house activated a Special Commission for Dialogue, Reconciliation and Peace, led by the Speaker of the Venezuelan Parliament, Jorge Rodríguez, and also made up of opposition deputies.
The first vice-president of the parliamentary committee, Luis Eduardo Martínez, from opposition Democratic Action (Acción Democrática) party, announced his party s adherence to the dialogue, with the priority of producing answers to the nation s problems.
