Sparrow Carson Hospital is proud to recognize Jennifer Barker, a Patient Care Technician in the Emergency Department, as our Caregiver of the Quarter. Barker was nominated for going above and beyond with the care she provides patients in the Sparrow Carson Emergency Department. Her nomination noted “Jennifer was at bedside assisting a patient when he mentioned how ‘safe’ he felt at Sparrow Carson and how she provided him with a sense of security. … In that moment, her compassionate care, gave the patient a sense of hope and security that’s irreplaceable.”
