Before she blocked the window, she had a clear view of the vacant motel across the street. The kids go up and down and kids go in and out of the parking lot around the building so i called 911. It wasnt the first time she complained about the homeless in the motel. She wasnt surprised when the shuttered motel caught fire monday morning.
