New Canaan Library is pleased to offer a live webinar with Bruce Museum educator Gabriela Perez, presenting a virtual tour of their past exhibition, Under the Skin. This unique exhibition explores how the work of scientists, using the latest technological tools, can produce not only new information, but images that are beautiful and artistic. Viewers will learn about the newest technology and tools scientists are using in the field and at natural history museums to better understand animals and specimens. Additionally, viewers will see firsthand pieces of collected data and research that show how using tools that range from CT scans to staining moves science into the realm of art.
