In the latest twist in how Brevard County spends tourism tax money, three long-running events that bring thousands of visitors to the Space Coast will no longer receive grants from the county, according to News 6 partner Florida Today.
Florida has been the winter strawberry capital of the United States for more than 100 years, and to celebrate that tradition in Brevard, the Space Coast Strawberry Festival, an exciting two-day outdoor family event, will be held February 3 and 4 in Viera at Space Coast Daily Park.
Tickets are now on sale to for Grammy Award-winning artist Lee Greenwood who will sing his patriotic hit songs “God Bless The U.S.A.” as part of the Space Coast Key Lime Pie Festival set to take place at Space Coast Daily Park from January 19 to 21 at Space Coast Daily Park in Viera.
