The federal and provincial governments are spending $4 million to help bring high-speed internet to about 1,400 Elgin County homes and businesses.
The funding, announced Wednesday, will be used to complete three broadband infrastructure projects to improve speed and reliability in rural and underserved areas of the county. The projects areas are Iona Station, New Glasgow and North Hall.
