Deputies with the U.S. Marshals Service and the Southwest Washington Regional SWAT team reportedly arrested 22-year-old Josiah Nettles for the murder of Portland rapper Drae Steves.
A 34-year-old Cowlitz County man was arrested in Vancouver on Thursday in connection with a homicide case in Kelso, according to the Kelso Police Department.
