New San Angelo Subdivisions Coming Soon
SAN ANGELO, TX – Two new, large housing developments are underway in Southwest San Angelo. The first one is at the corner of Valleyview Blvd. and College Hills Blvd. Crews began clearing brush and trees off the 45-acre site back in the fall.
According to a large construction site notice, the engineer is Carter-Fentress Engineering, LLC. The development is called the Southland Hills Addition and the operator is Fall Creek, Inc. with a San Angelo address.
According to Carter-Fentress, the land is being developed for single family homes. The subdivision plat has been approved by the city council. The project includes 197 lots for houses and townhomes much like the surrounding neighborhoods.
