The Willmar Area Symphonic Orchestra will spotlight rivers during its March 19 concert, playing music inspired by great waterways including the Mississippi and Danube.
“I want you to be very creative,” resident artist Bobbie Alsgaard Lien told Brienna Bahl’s class of first-grade students Thursday. “You’re artists now!”
The fall concert series of the Prairie Arts Chorale will be making stops in Wabasso, Granite Falls, Spicer and Marshall in November. The concert, titled "Sunrise, Sunset," will feature various pieces including selections from "Dream A Little Dream" and "Unclouded Day."
