WARWICK, R.I. (WLNE)- A Florida man was arrested in Warwick on Thursday morning for raping a co-worker.
Kyndall Hutchins followed an underage co worker to her car after a shift and proceeded to rape her in the parking lot.
He was initially arrested by police in August of 2020 and released two days later. He then missed his court date of February 17, 2021.
Hutchins was added to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers’ Top 10 Most Wanted and had been on the run for a week.
The U.S. Marshals Florida/Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force learned that Hutchins had fled Florida and was headed to Rhode Island.

A fugitive from justice who has been on the run for more than a week and was on the Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers’ Top 10 Most Wanted list, was arrested in Warwick on Thursday and is being held without bail.
Kyndall Hutchins, 33, was expected in court in Florida on Feb. 17 to answer charges that he sexually assaulted an underage coworker after following her to her car. He was arrested in August 2020 and released two days later. After he missed his court date in Lee County, Florida, an arrest warrant was issued.
An email from the U.S. Marshals Service said investigators from the Florida/Caribbean Regional Fugitive Task Force learned that Hutchins was heading for Providence. The Rhode Island Violent Fugitive Task Force, comprising U.S. Marshals, the Rhode Island State Police, and officers on loan from Warwick, Cranston, Middletown, Pawtucket, Portsmouth and Providence police departments was notified, and early Thursday morning, Hutchins was arrested, po
