rapid fire. another scare in the skies after a southwest airlines plane makes an emergency landing, this time in oak labd international airport. an official said it happened this morning after a pilot detected a problem with the wing flab indicator just after takeoff. the plane turned around, landed safely. keep in mind, this is on the heels of friday s scare when that hole opened up in on the southwest boeing 737. since then, new cracks have been discovered in four other jets. today the faa is demanding a closer look at the older boeing s saying routine inspections alone are no longer adequate. radioactive trouble from japan s nuclear power plant has been found in water here in the united states. that s according to the epa. scientist found tiny amounts in idaho and washington state but not to worry. the amounts were told that an infant would have to drink 7,000 liters of it to get the same dose of normal radiation.
