Dangerous driving at Logan 17 May
Two women, a man and a teenager have been charged following successful deployment of a tyre deflation device at Hope Island overnight.
Just before 11pm police saw an alleged stolen vehicle at Cayuga Street, Nerang and evaded police.
Police will allege they deployed the tyre deflation device on Hope Island Road just after midnight this morning and the vehicle came to a stop in Abrahams Road, Coomera where all four occupants were arrested.
Police will allege the vehicle was stolen from an address on the Brisbane Corso, Yeronga around 4am on May 16.
A 28-year-old Biggera Waters man was charged with one count each of unlawful use of a motor vehicle, evade police, unlicensed driving and fraud. He is due to appear in the Southport Magistrates Court today.

Police arrest four teens in stolen vehicle, Elanora
Police arrested and charged four teenagers overnight after the group were intercepted by officers in an alleged stolen vehicle at Elanora.
Around 5.30pm, police were notified that an alleged stolen 4WD was spotted travelling north at Coolangatta with police commencing patrols for the vehicle.
Police located and monitored the vehicle and a tyre deflation device was successfully deployed on Currumbin Creek Road at around 8.30pm.
The damaged vehicle continued along Currumbin Creek Road failing to stop for police before travelling at slow speed into KP McGrath Drive at Elanora, where it collided with an unmarked police vehicle. No one was injured and the police vehicle sustained minor damage.

The 18-year-old Labrador woman has been charged with unlawful use of a motor vehicle.

Subscriber only THE overnight pursuit of a stolen car came to a dramatic end when it smashed into several police vehicles before stopping. Three people were arrested and three police cars damaged after the allegedly stolen car was spotted driving in Ipswich. Police tracked the white Subaru Liberty from Ipswich to the Gold Coast before laying stingers on Musgrave Ave, Coolangatta at 9.50pm. After noticing the car travelling westbound on the Logan Motorway, Carole Park, police tracked it as it drove through Tivoli, along Francis St and Mt Crosby Rd before travelling east on the Warrego Hwy. After passing over police stingers, the car s tyres began to deflate but allegedly continued to drive for another 10 minutes.
