The young woman was thrown about 160 feet and died at the scene. The vehicle appears to be an older model light silver minivan traveling at a high rate of speed. Perhaps someone sees a minivan with just since this morning a shattered windshield. Penndot that oversees the boulevard says it will work with the city. Police say until the lights are changed its up to motorists and pedestrians to keep an eye out for each other. The car has to slow down and allow the person to continue on. However on the other hand if the car is making the turn the pedestrian cant just walk out.
