Were back with this terrifying video of a driver going the wrong way on a major interstate in charlotte. Driver drove for at least 10 miles causing others to swerve out of the way. Police threw stop sticks in front of the speeding car. Eventually she crashed into a tractor trailer and hit an suv headon. She died at the scene.
