THAT’S a wrap! Ten outstanding Young Leaders from the Glenelg & Southern Grampians Local Learning & Employment Network (GSGLLEN) graduated on Tuesday, October 24 at a ceremony at the Hamilton Golf Club in front of 60 parents, mentors, sponsors and school staff.
LOCAL students from the Young Leaders Program, an initiative of the Glenelg and Southern Grampians Local Learning and Employment Network (GSG LLEN), enjoyed the benefits of an on-site experience, spending the day in the field with Australian Bluegum Plantations (ABP).
A REMARKABLE and immersive journey into the heart of agriculture unfolded on Monday, July 31 as Year 9 students from six local schools ventured out of their classrooms to explore the fascinating world of agriculture.
AROUND 30 people were fortunate to hear the career stories and aspirations of local young people at the Glenelg and Southern Grampians Local Learning and Employment Network (LLEN) Annual General Meeting held at South West TAFE on Wednesday, May 31.
