Cast members are busy preparing for a new show to open July 15. First Date is a musical, and SART managing artistic director Ethan Henry said “it’s about two people going on a blind date and it happens in real time across the entire show.” Henry said after more than a year off, it’s great to be able to once again bring live entertainment to Western North Carolina, and guests are excited to be back.
