Algae is sin full bloom. Environmental officials are advising everyone to avoid getting in the water there. Exposure could cause anything from skin irritation to much more serious gastrointestinal problems. A lake had to be closed in june for the same toxic algae bloom. It remains closed to the public. Happening now in San Francisco, a man who fell 10 to 15 feet onboard a navy ship is safe and on his way to the hospital. The Fire Department poised this video on twitter showing that rescue. Crews used a rope system to raise him up and pull him out. Firefighters took him off the ship and to a waiting ambulance. Sky 7 hd was overhead the naval ship, which is dry docked at a private facility. The victim is a dock worker and not a naval employee.
