Stonewood Partnerships construction director Kris Beasley alongside the J&T Beaven clock on top of the leather workshop at The Tannery in Holt STONEWOOD Partnerships has been shortlisted in four categories at the prestigious South West Residential Property Awards. The Tormarton and Castle Combe-based company was shortlisted in the Housebuilder of the Year category for its developments at Somerbrook at Great Somerford in north Wiltshire and The Tannery in Holt in west Wiltshire, as well as the new Orchard Field neighbourhood at Siddington, near Cirencester in Gloucestershire. The housebuilder’s first development – Somerbrook – was shortlisted in the Small Residential Development of the Year (less than 100 units) category.
