A recent poll shows four in five people are happy living in their current area. Over 10,000 people responded to the ‘SW Herts – your future’ poll, which looked to see how pleased people were in their local areas. The poll - which was a collaboration of council’s including Watford, Three Rivers, Dacorum Hertsmere and St Albans – questioned people what kind of improvements are needed in local towns. Results showed that 86 per cent of people who took part felt positive about living and working in South West Herts and nearly 70 per cent said that parks and open spaces were their favourite thing.
