A Pittsburgh man has been accused of setting the fire that destroyed a historic building on Pittsburgh’s South Side in February.
Christian Ross, 25, allegedly set fire on Feb. 8 to a four-story building at 1100 E. Carson St.
Police charged Ross on Thursday with three counts of aggravated arson, two counts of arson endangering property, one count of arson endangering a person and causing or risking a catastrophe.
