So that is making it feel like it is below zero. Wind chills running as cold as 12, 13 below out in Worcester County. It feels like its below zero on the north shore. Notice the south shore down to the cape it feels like its in the single dij its above zero right now. Well hang on these wind chill sub zero through 7 00 or 8 00 this morning. Notice they only creep up into the afternoon. The wind chill is going to get no higher than the teens as we get into the afternoon. Actual temperature, as you saw, eight in boston but three in worcester. We do have some 20s on the cape. That is also where weve got clouds and a little bit of this oceaneffect
