About a dozen homes in the Redland community, about six miles east of Oregon City, were evacuated Friday afternoon due to a growing brush fire located near the intersection of South Redland and South Neibur roads.
Level 3 evacuations – which means residents should leave now – had been issued along South Pam Drive. At 5:30 p.m., those evacuation levels were reduced to a Level 2 status, which means residents should be ready in case they need to leave the area.
Clackamas County has created a map showing the effected area.
