Sun-Times file photo A man was shot to death Tuesday morning when he went outside to check on a car alarm in Roseland on the Far South Side, according to Chicago police. Richard Cade, 24, stepped outside about 1:15 a.m. and was shot in his back on a sidewalk in the 10500 block of South Maryland Avenue, police and the Cook County medical examiner’s office said.
