you could see their halloween costumes. some were very distinctive. we have to be careful what video we show people because a lot of the families have not been notified yet. that is part of this massive effort under way here. we have 1700 police, firefighters and investigators out on the scene here in taiwan. at 6:00 many the morning, local time, an extraordinarily large nationally coordinated effort to investigate why this happened, why did these people, why did this presumed stampede happen but try to rapidly identify the people who were killed. people from south korea and likely people from other countries as well. it was people in their late teens and early 20s, young people who were out here in costume celebrating and something happened, something triggered this and they ended up with a pile of people packed into these narrow streets. i will just show you really
