South Harringay School ADVENTure Trail in The Guardian
There is a lovely write up in The Guardian today about advent windows around the country and it features our trail - all the pictures are from the South Harringay School ADVENTure Trail. Read the article here: https://is.gd/VRWGqU (and, of course I’m not going to miss this opportunity to remind you, maps can be bought here: https://www.peoplesfundraising.com/event/shs-adventure-trail )
Well done to all involved. Linked threads here.
And the physical paper shows two more of our windows!

South Harringay School Christmas ADVENTure Trail
The windows for South Harringay School s fundraiser are popping up locally in the streets around the school. Above are a few details from the first six to go live, and they have surpassed our expectations.
Without a summer fair and all the usual bake sales and discos we normally run in a year this, socially-distanced, event is our only opportunity to raise funds and have a community event for the year.
The money raised will go back to the school and our next project is to add much needed greenery and shade to the Junior playground.
Welcome Back Indika Indian...Hello Indika Peri Peri
Delighted to learn that Indika Indian has reopened as a take-away only.
But there s now an added bonus! The front part of the premises has been turned into a peri-peri restaurant - again take-away only. The back part still cooks the same Indian food with the same chef .
The new restaurant s web presence has yet to be finished. So, if when you try you can t find it, you can call the restaurant on 020 8340 9886.

Ah that’s interesting. Hopefully this time things will work out for them. I so wanted these locals to do well, but tbh, I’ve been a bit under whelmed there and their mediocre food. Peri-peri- sounds interesting and will def check it out
