Real estate firms plotting a major redevelopment just south of downtown Dallas plan to construct an innovation center, more residences and eateries in the project.
Called SoGood, the more-than-15-acre mixed-use project is in the works along South Good-Latimer Expressway and Cesar Chavez Boulevard just south of Interstate 30.
It’s a development of Dallas-based Hoque Global. The developer recently announced the first phase of the development a 266-unit apartment community to be built by Dallas’ Corsair Ventures.
