Callery comes to the United Counties from Napanee, where he served 24 years as the town’s CAO. Most of Callery’s experience is in Napanee, which he joined in 1991 as deputy clerk/treasurer and worked his way up to the CAO’s job eight years later. Before Napanee, Callery worked for Pittsburgh Township for two years.
