The average value of commercial property across the Irish market continued to decline in the second quarter of this year – down 3.2pc. This brought overall value declines for the 12 months to the end of June to 12.2pc, according to the MSCI Ireland Quarterly Property Index compiled in conjunction with the Society of Chartered Surveyors Ireland.
