A two-level parking garage for the Downtown Durango Hotel is nearing its completion.
According to Mike Ward, Lamont Cos. on-site supervisor for the project, the parking garage is 86% complete after 14.
A new Caribou Coffee shop is on the menu for a spot at 1620 S. Broadway in the Shoppes on Broadway commercial building. That’s the center in front of the Candlewood Suites hotel that houses Shopko Optical.
