Last year an inquest found an 0fsted Inspection had contributed to the suicide of primary headteacher Ruth Perry, leading to widespread calls for change. Headteacher Ruth Perry, leading the government said the overall grades werent fair or accurate, but the change was criticised by the conservatives for removing a vital indicator for parents.
