Tyree garland shot a firefighter this morning. They knew the manthey wanted could be armed. 38yearold tyree garland, a convicted felon with 18 prior arrests was wanted for a federal probation violation. It seems garland knew the marshals were coming to he set a fire as a diversion. There was smoke billowing from inside the apartment. They immediately retracted, stepped back and called fdny.
