Other priorities include GBV, economic recovery and the state of local government. The government s number one priority is getting vaccines to South Africans, acting Minister in the Presidency Khumbudzo Ntshavheni said on the virtual sidelines of the first 2021 Cabinet lekgotla on Thursday. The lekgotla started on Thursday and will continue until Saturday. If we do not reach 40 million people, we will not achieve herd immunity, she said in a short briefing to the media.
