SA's youngest airline LIFT, is celebrating its second anniversary and, as part of its innovative approach, has brought in aircraft from Lithuania for the peak summer demand.
The majority shareholder in the Takatso Consortium – SAA's chosen strategic equity partner – says it has no plans to ask the minority shareholders to exit, despite the resignation of director Gidon Novick.

They also raised concerns about reports that Treasury was considering withdrawing its support for the deal with Takatso Consortium, which will see it lose a 51% majority stake.
