The Eshgians Announce $100,000 Donation to Western Prelacy
His Holiness Aram I, Catholicos of the Great House of Cilicia bestowed the “Cilician Prince” medal to long-time community activists and benefactors Garo and Sosse Eshgian. The honors were presented by Western Prelate Bishop Torkom Donoyan at a special dinner on Thursday organized by the Prelacy Executive Council.
The event, which took place at the Prelacy “Dikran and Zarouhi Der Ghazarian” Hall brought together community leaders, Prelacy supporters and previous honorees and was attended Archbishop Yeprem Tabakian, clergy, Armenia’s Consul General to Los Angeles Ambassador Dr. Armen Baibourtian, members of the Executive Council and Central Executive Council.
