Singer Victor Wood, also known as the Jukebox King of the Philippines in the 1970s, died on Friday, April 23, as confirmed by his family members. Goodbye my ever dearest youngest brother, Victor Wood. We love you so much. We will never forget you, Victor s older sister Maria Testado wrote on Facebook, sharing photos of them together. According to an ABS-CBN report, Victor s wife Nerissa said he died at 9 am due to COVID-19 complications at the New Era General Hospital, Quezon City. She also said funeral arrangements will be taken care of by Iglesia ni Kristo, of which he is a member.
