Despite being in the green zone, Kingston, Ont., is tightening its gathering and restaurant rules around St. Patrick s Day. Gatherings are capped at five people and hour limits are back at its restaurants March 13 to 21.
How many cases are there?
Public health officials have reported more than 26,500 COVID-19 cases across eastern Ontario and western Quebec, including more than 24,800 resolved cases.
Elsewhere in eastern Ontario, 131 people have died of COVID-19, and 161 people have died in western Quebec.
