Parks & Recreation Pop-up Park Brings Fun Around the Crossroads Get our free mobile app You will be seeing the new Parks and Recreation traveling pop-up a lot more in the future.   In a press release issued by the City of Victoria, “The idea was to put a portable park in a trailer so that we can bring the fun of a park to areas that don’t have access to a park,” said recreation coordinator Gabby Anglin. “We tried to jam-pack as much fun as we could into the trailer.” If you haven t seen the pop-up park it is pretty awesome.  It is a small trailer with athletic equipment, gym toys, jump ropes, yard games, and other items that can be used to play outdoors.
