Virginia is gaining national attention. The states Largest School district says it will defy Governor Youngkin guidance on bathrooms and pronouns for transgender students. School district did a legal review and determined Fairfax County Public School policy are consistent with antidiscrimination law as defined by new model policy. Governor youngkin is firing back saying the School District is pushing false notion it knows what is better than a child than the parent and the school board should follow the law. Not the only state rights are under attack.
