Obviously, significant legislation is to be debated ki Medicare Part d includes the Risk Corridor Program and a source of funds for the program. But as i read the Health Care Legislation that is not the case. And based on a lack of appropation it is my understanding the Insurance Company cant make payments to cover the program.
