King of the Castle apple and ginger vodka cocktail recipe

Prep time: 5 minutes
15ml Somerset Pomona liqueur
75ml Castlewood English sparkling wine
Crystallised ginger, to garnish
METHOD
Pour all of the ingredients, except the ice, sparkling wine and crystallised ginger, into a shaker. Add the ice cubes and shake for 7-10 seconds, then strain into a tumbler. Add the ice block, top with sparkling wine and garnish with crystallised ginger.

Prep time: 5 minutes
20ml Burrow Hill apple juice
15ml Somerset Pomona liqueur
METHOD
Pour all of the ingredients, apart from the ice and cherry, into a shaker. Shake briefly to combine.
Fill the shaker with cubed ice and shake for roughly 10 seconds, to chill and dilute slightly, then strain into a coupe and garnish with the cherry.
