Reveal names of bidders for BMC vaccine tender, says BJP leader | Mumbai News

In a letter to municipal commissioner Iqbal Chahal, Somaiya alleged most of the bids submitted were fake as the companies existed only on paper MUMBAI: BJP leader Kirit Somaiya has demanded the BMC reveal details of all the nine bids it received for its global tender for one crore vaccines. Somaiya has been accusing the BMC administration of perpetrating a scam and said the rejection of all nine bids on Friday vindicated his stand. While the globals tenders floated by various states including Maharashtra, Delhi, Punjab did not receive any response the BMC received nine bids. Late Friday evening the BMC issued a press release saying it had rejected all the nine bids as the documents were not in order.
