Toy . What about rodney king . By the way, not only is this a long train of abuses. It goes back further than Commission Report which said our nation is moving toward two society, one block, one white, separate and unequal. 50 years ago, we were dealing with this same issue, and it is on us today and we must make a call to action to reverse this trend so that every american, allamericans, can feel that the government really is liberty and justice for all. So instead of a system of justice that works for some, it doesnt work for all, this injustice takes place within a social and economic context and i have to say that when officer wilson confronted Michael Brown on canfield drive in ferguson, the interaction did not take place in a vacuum. Ferguson, missouris Unemployment Rate is 13 , over double the national average. The number of poor people in ferguson doubled over the last 10 years. In 2012, almost all of fergusons neighborhoods had a poverty rate of over 20 . The fact is if we res
We are all one company and its not just hung up on silos and exactly where peer i. T. Is the same way. There is essential i. T. But they very much view their clients like controlling what they do and help setting priorities. The key thing is a lot of communication and i think a lot of senior level involved in. I dont mean senior people making all the decisions, but typically, especially those taken that kind of things, you need someone senior to make the call that we are going to prioritize this project over that project. A lot of collaboration. One of our core values this collaboration. It is hard to say how you get a culture, but it takes a great culture which causes collaboration and creates innovation. Are you concerned about discoverability to stay in illinois given the states tax structure and deficits . People are going they are in premed at because they are anonymous. Email, i think that chicago is our home. We are not going anywhere. I think that from a citizens perspective, i
Any real meaning in the real world . I mean, isnt the reality that when we say we are reimbursing more than costs, we only reimburse not all costs are reimbursable. We create this impression that a hospital is getting more than what it costs them to operate. Is there analysis . Can you quantify really what is going on in a hospital when we tell them or when we tell the public that your hospital is getting 101 of costs when its really reimbursable costs . Yeah, that is a as you know, thats a very complicated question. You know, it goes back to the historical costs of the hospital and if they converted to critical access, what those historical costs feed into, what they would be paid under the ch reimbursement status. So it does vary from state to state. But i would be happy to get back with you and also with your staff. We can connect you with some of the folks at the university of North Carolina as well some of our experts to better understand it. In todays setting i would welcome that
Statement. First, for carl to respond. So you have noted that natural gas and leads to the displacement of coal in the power sector has what assumptions have you made about natural gas Going Forward the next 15 years, and what are the implications of that assumption for sailing up renewables and methane . We dont assume changes from those trajectories. Clearly, the four Building Blocks between the power plant will cause a mixture of both increases in natural gas use along with renewables in Energy Efficiency. Most of our projections assume that the state consistent with epas projections that the states will take advantage of all four Building Blocks. So we dont have we dont have explicit renewable additions beyond that in our coram business pathway. Rather the Clean Power Plant projections show significant increase in renewables and no disruptions or price pressure on the natural gas sector. Could i add something on this point, with respect to natural gas . I think one of the stories a
