A mother who was pregnant when she was handcuffed and arrested in her own home over a Facebook post allegedly inciting an anti-lockdown protest in Victoria has had the charge dropped.

A man charged with inciting an anti-lockdown protest during Victoria’s second coronavirus wave has been spared fronting court and had his case adjourned.
David Weisinger is one of a handful of people facing incitement charges over allegations of their involvement in urging others to attend protests in September last year.
