In an article recently published in the journal Analytical Chemistry, the researchers fabricated two-dimensional covalent organic frameworks (2D COFs) to integrate them into solid-state nanofluidic channels and achieve selective, sensitive, and rapid recognition units that can detect the contaminants in sample analytes.
