Collaboration between the two companies since 2018
Redditch, UK Solid State Supplies, the franchised distributor serving the UK electronics community, and Pacer International, a specialist supplier of optoelectronic, display and laser solutions, have officially merged, following a period of close collaboration and integration.
The two organisations, whose strategies are very much aligned, have been working closely together since November 2018 when Solid State Group acquired Pacer to enable greater growth generation. The merger will create a scalable, more efficient organisation, benefitting the customers of both companies by offering a broader portfolio and a more complete value-added solution.
